I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Provence. The rooms were beautifully decorated and it felt like staying in a stylish home rather than a run-of-the-mill hotel. The hotel boasts an impressive swimming pool, perfect for a summer getaway. Its location in the peaceful town allows for a tranquil and relaxing stay, yet it is conveniently situated to explore the many picturesque towns in the region. The free Wi-Fi and English channels on TV were great extras. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, ensuring a delightful start to the day.
All aspects of this hotel were impeccable - nothing to improve.

I thought that the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, Gerard even took time to find a further hotel for us to stay which again was brilliant..... A shame that no food I.E. evening meal, and also that we thought it complicated when trying to order drinks from the bar. Very clean hotel, although our bathroom a tad dated. Would visit again as the staff are wonderful.
More sunbeds required.

Nestled in a lovely location, close to the beaches and the beautiful countryside, the hotel overlooks a stunning garden. the stunning pool is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. the rooms are spacious and cozy with comfortable bedding. the delicious breakfast that includes continental options is a great way to start your day.
The walls are thin, which means you may hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

The pool is lovely and all members of staff were very friendly and helpful.
More use could be made of Le Lagon breakfast room. It would be great if it was permanently open, selling coffee, pizzas, crepes, drinks, ice cream, etc.

The Cit'Hotel Le Mirage is a hidden gem tucked away on the outskirts of Istres in a quiet area. The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The newly renovated rooms, each decorated with a different theme, provide a comfortable stay for guests. I particularly enjoyed the room with a balcony, where I could sit and relax while enjoying the breeze.
All was perfect at this hotel.

It is easy to get to other small places in Provence from the hotel
Bad sound isolation, poor bathrooms

Easy access and very helpful staff.
The hotel rooms are nice. Avoid to stay in the bungalows if you can: very minimal comfort.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that had an amazing pool and delicious continental breakfast. Perfect location to explore the surrounding area and visit nearby friends. Room furnishings and cleanliness were fantastic too!

very nice staff, feeling to be at home, nice pool area, ideally for couples 30+ with no children, ideal place to relax, small but nice rooms, excellent ac,free wifi, good rates via Booked.net, good harbour fish restaurants just 5 minutes away (with car)
maybe the location is not good for people without car, no other cons

The position in perfect to visit Provence and Istres is a beautiful well-kept town near the see. The staff is gentle, caring and helpful. The hotel is excellent for this price, it is not a 4 or 5 stars so don´t expect luxury. But the pool and the garden area is lovely, and so are the rooms. Plus, we travelled with a dog and a cat and they are accepted anyhow! I would definitely reccomend this hotel.
Mostly very little details, but the bed was kind of small and unconfortable, the room wasn´t perfectly clean when we arrived, the breakfast is good but expensive...

Convenient and well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. The outdoor pool and free wifi were great features for a business trip. The location was perfect for my needs, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was also a good option for a quick start to the day.
The room had some minor cleanliness issues, such as dust on surfaces and marks in the bathroom. There was also some noise from other guests and basic maintenance was lacking in some areas.

Excellent staff, who made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The entire staff spoke very good English, which was great for me not knowing French. I was also allowed to upgrade my room to a Grand, the Bungalow was too small of a room for me.
When I was upgraded to a Grand room, the carpet had serveral stains. The carpet in the room needed to be replaced. I didnot menstion it to the staff.

We liked the garden, decent breakfast, parking facility and the kind and friendly staff.
We understand there was a kind of arrangement to take care of the chidren of the customers, which is good. However, the chidren were extremely noisy and it did not stop until 01.30 am. Perhaps, they can use pool facility for kids instead of the Hotel. Besides, the room was too small and the pillows were not comfortable. But, overall it was a good hotel for a day or so to stopover. Staff were kind and friendly.
